Your total grade will be computed according to the following table. Take the points that you got on a given assignment and multiply it by the Multiplier given in the table to obtain your Score. Please note that your lowest quiz score will be dropped. Your total score is the sum of all the scores computed in the table below. There are 1000 points possible.

Your grade will be determined on an absolute scale. It is possible that we may need to adjust the cut-offs downward, but they will not be raised above these levels.

Your grade will be A if your score is between 880 and 1000 points.
Your grade will be B if your score is between 750 and 879 points.
Your grade will be C if your score is between 600 and 749 points.
Your grade will be D if your score is between 470 and 599 points.
Your grade will be R if your score is less than 470 points.
